Rajinikanth has revealed that his highly anticipated film ‘Vettaiyan’ will be released around Dussehra on October 10. The superstar also shared that he will begin shooting for his next project, ‘Coolie,’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, on June 10.

‘Vettaiyan,’ produced by Lyca Productions, features an ensemble cast including Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh, and Dushara Vijayan. Directed by T J Gnanavel, with music by Anirudh Ravichander, the film promises to be a significant hit.
Rajinikanth stated, “Vettaiyan will release for Dussehra. I have completed my portions. The shooting with other members of the cast is still going on. The film will release on October 10 or so.”
In ‘Coolie,’ Rajinikanth collaborates with Lokesh Kanagaraj for the first time. This project, produced by Sun Pictures, was previously known as ‘Thalaivar 171.’ The film has generated significant buzz, with rumors suggesting Sivakarthikeyan will play a crucial role.
